Lea Chua: Mrs. Lea Chua was born in the Philippines and relocated to the United States in 1988. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She also earned her Master's Degree in Educational Technology from National University and a Master's
Degree in Education Specialist in School Administration from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, she earned a certification for Educational Leadership and Management from Georgetown University’s McCourt School of Public Policy. Mrs. Chua started her career as an elementary and adult education teacher in the Clark County School District and Chula Vista School District. Over the years, she has served as an English Language Learner Specialist, a Coordinator for the Southwest Region, Assistant Principal, and Principal of Wayne Tanaka, O.K. Adcock, Gene Ward, and Lucile Bruner Elementary Schools. Mrs. Lea Chua currently resides in Las Vegas with her husband Ray, their son and daughter - Raymond, II and Kei - along with their three dachshunds.
